We are happy to provide information and links to some external scholarship programs that may be of interest to LSS staff as well. These are non-LSS scholarship programs, so you’ll want to explore these opportunities by directly contacting the sponsor of the program by following the link to their online information.
GuidanceResources – Part of our LSS employee assistance program with ComPsych, the GuidanceResources website provides a lot of quality information and resources, including information and support in finding the right scholarship for you and your household members. Call your ComPsych EAP hotline reserved for LSS @ 866-335-4910 to speak with a representative or visit https://www.guidanceresources.com to see all the information on scholarships and financial aid available. Simply login to GuidanceResources (to register, use the Web ID of LSSLiving) and click on the “Work & Education” tab at the top and then navigate to “Paying for school”.

Equity Impact Scholarship - Funded by CommonSpirit Health, Dignity Health Global Education’s (DHGE) partner in workforce development, this scholarship fund was created to help promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the healthcare workforce and the communities it serves. This 2021 fund spans eight certificates and two degree programs that DHGE offers, with over 1,000 scholarships ranging from $1,500–$9,500. For more information, please review this flyer.
